We are very straight forward with our hourly rate. We do not require contracts with our clients and we do not charge monthly fees for "maintenance".

Web Design & Development:
We charge $120/hour for web design/developement and we bill to the minute. We require a 50% deposit before we start on any project. The deposit is based on a quote provided to you which is determined by the information you submit about your project. We figure out the approximate number of hours it will take to complete the job and then we will quote you an estimated cost. The 50% down payment is based on this estimate. If you are interested in having a premade script installed, you will be responsible for purchasing it prior to us installing and customizing it for you at our regular hourly rate.

Email Creatives:
We charge a flat rate of $150.00 for an html email creative. If you need a custom landing page, it is an additional charge which is based on the requirements for the page. No Hidden Costs:
We have heard the horror stories from our clients about web designers throwing in hidden costs and fees mid way through projects. We will tell you upfront what is involved, how long it will take and an approximate cost.

Down Payment:
We require 50% down to start a web design/development project and 100% upfront cost for all email creative work. This ensures that the client is serious and not wasting our time. It also ensures that your project is scheduled in for a timely completion.

Payment:
All of our new clients are billed on a bi-weekly basis for work completed for the 1st 3 months. Thereafter, billing is changed from bi-weekly to monthly as long as payment has been received on time. All of our invoices include a time breakdown showing date, start time, end time and what was done. Existing clients with good history are not required to pay deposits.

Regarding Payment:
We accept Credit Cards (through Google Checkout), Checks and Cash. Due to the fact that we are freelance web designers and we take on multiple projects and clients, we are VERY strict about our payment policy. You MUST pay your bill within 3 business days of receipt. If you can not pay your bill you must immediately notify us to make arrangements.

If you do not contact us and the bill is outstanding for more than 3 business days after we have turned over/completed the work (uploaded to your server), we will disable your site or remove any pages/scripts/images we created from your server until we receive payment. It is the clients responsibility to pay for services rendered upon receipt of our invoice.

If more than 30 days have past for work completed and the invoice is not paid, we will simply drop you as a client. No if's, and's or but's about it. We take our work very seriously, so we expect our clients to stay up to date with all payments.
